Vendor Opportunities!
The Western Cheer Challenge is host to numerous small businesses who wish to gain awareness and/or sales of their merchandise. With tables located in our vendor village near all the action, vendors will gain exposure from the numerous athletes and spectators at our event throughout the day.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
Payment information is required at the time of registration. Please use our online registration and payment system, or mail in a cheque. Cheques payable to “Cheerific” can be mailed to: 9 Odessa Place, St. Albert, AB, T8N 6C6 Please note that all cheques returned NSF, will incur an additional fee of $50.00.
All payments must be received at the time of registration. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. No refunds will be given after January 31st, 2026. Refunds will be issued and mailed within 2 to 4 weeks from the time the written cancellation has been received by Cheerific.
5% GST will be charged to all payments
