Registration & Cancellation Policy
Payment information is required at the time of registration. Please use our online registration and payment system,
found at www.westerncheerchallenge.com. You can also mail in a cheque if need be. Please note that all cheques
returned NSF, will incur an additional fee of $50.00. Cheques payable to “Cheerific” can be mailed to:

All payments must be received at the time of registration. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT
HAS BEEN RECEIVED. A $75.00 administration fee will be charged for cancellations on or before February 15th, 2019.
No refunds will be given after February 15th, 2019. Refunds will be issued and mailed within 2 to 4 weeks from the time
the written cancellation has been received by Cheerific.
We reserve the right to change any schedule at any time. We will always do our best to help each team where possible,
however cannot guarantee more than 2 teams between each performance where a coach is involved with
additional teams. We also reserve the right to combine any divisions as deemed necessary to ensure a fair competition
and will make case-by-case decisions following the rules provided by the USASF and ACA.
Any change in a teams division will be accepted until February 15th, 2019. Generally, there will be no changes made
after this, as schedules will have already been arranged and sent out.
